NCR stands for No Carbon Required - a type of duplicating paper that works without using an additional carbonised sheet.
They are presented in sets of two or three sheets that work together to form a set. When you write on the top sheet it crushes together chemicals on the back of the top sheet and the front of the next sheet. These chemicals react to form the duplicated impression.
They are popularly used in contracts and receipts - but can be used anywhere you need an instant copy.
NCR pads are sets of NCR sheets glued together into a pad for ease of use. A sheet of card is stored between the sets to stop the impression going through onto the next set.
NCR pads are glued (generally along the top edge), attached to a card backing and a card cover is taped onto the front for added protection. At weprintncr.co.uk we glue our sets into pads of 50.
We use a range of production quality Xerox digital press to produce your NCR sheets
